  • Repair customers bikes and build new bikes

Important skills

  • Good understanding of the Point of Sales System and attention to detail with those processes (sales, work orders, inventory, etc)

  • Patience and flexibility to work with a team in a fast-paced environment

  • Good work ethic (stay on task in the off times to be well prepared for the busy times)

 

Requirements

  • Some College preferred - High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Customer service experience

  • Passion for the outdoors

  • 16-32 hours a week including most weekends

Season Help (part or full time)

Common Tasks

  • Help Customers pick up and return rental equipment and educate on proper care

  • Assist with receiving incoming products and do regular inventory checks

  • Support Sales, Rental, and Service departments with daily tasks

  • Assist Store Manager with Events and Promotions
